Bill’s career after the Navy is marked by impactful roles in some of the most critical industries. At Perstorp Polyols, Inc., he served as the Instrumentation & Electrical Shop Supervisor, where he oversaw vital maintenance and engineering tasks, ensuring efficient and safe operations. His technical expertise was further honed as an Instrument & Control Technician Journeyman at the Toledo Edison Bayshore/Acme Power Plant, where he maintained and upgraded complex systems critical to power generation. Earlier in his career, he gained foundational skills during his apprenticeship at the Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station, a role that solidified his understanding of nuclear instrumentation and control systems.
