Bilmar served as the turnkey engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning contractor for the replacement of a resin reactor supporting chemical manufacturing operations. Engineering services included laser scanning, development of accurate 3D models, creation of new as built P&IDs, detailed IFA and IFC construction packages, and multidisciplinary engineering coordination. Bilmar also sized and specified new pressure instruments, temperature instruments, and control valves to improve process monitoring, cooling performance, and long term operational reliability while providing complete project management through startup.
